Project: 15 Larger Units, New Build Housing Development
Responsibilities
As our Site Manager, you will be at the forefront of our new build housing development in Wyke. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Project Management: Lead the execution of the project from inception to completion, ensuring it aligns with our quality and safety standards.
2. Team Leadership: Motivate and manage a dedicated team of construction professionals, fostering a collaborative and positive working environment.
3. Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of construction quality, ensuring that each unit meets or exceeds customer expectations.
4. Timeline Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
5. Communication: Liaise effectively with stakeholders, keeping them informed about project milestones, challenges, and solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing new build housing developments, with a focus on larger unit projects.
