Construction Director

Dale is the eldest of three children, with a daughter himself and very much the family man.

His career started as a domestic plumber. With his enthusiasm in newbuild construction, he quickly became fully conversed with all aspects of building a home, ultimately progressing to his role as Construction Director of the family business.

Dale oversees all construction works, ensuring developments are constructed within time schedules and to the highest of standards.

He has an HGV1 Licence and a passion for driving including motorbikes, cars and plant machinery. His hobbies include clay shooting, fine dining, foreign travel and occasionally likes to test his luck in the casino!

General Manager

Michaela, proud mother of two sons and a daughter, initially started her career in finance and payroll, before enjoying a successful career within the Police Service. On retirement, she joined her sons in the development of the family business, Yorkshire Choice Homes Ltd, and continues to provide support in their current ventures.

As General Manager, Michaela’s role covers many aspects of the business, with a focus on Design, Sales and Customer Experience.

Hobbies include foreign travel, fine dining and family time with her children and grandchildren.

Managing Director

Jason, father to a son and a daughter, started his career as an apprentice electrician. At the age of 19, he project managed the self-build of his home address. Realising his passion in the construction industry, in 2015, he founded family business Yorkshire Choice Homes Ltd.

As MD, Jason overseas all aspects of the business with a focus on Strategic Planning and Growth.

Jason’s interest includes supporting charities for Autism, his son being on the spectrum, clay pigeon shooting, foreign travel and the occasional game of Poker.

Senior Buyer

Tess Constable, a devoted mother of two sons, who was born in the Philippines and moved to the UK 33 years ago, where she now considers it her home. Tess started her professional journey in the hospitality industry before transitioning to a career in construction. She has held various positions within the construction sector for nationwide housing developers, including in both finance and procurement.

As senior Buyer, Tess is responsible for the procurement of all materials, subcontractors and services for all business activities.

Outside of her professional life, Tess enjoys travelling and exploring new places, indulging in delicious food at restaurants, and getting lost in a good book. Her adventurous spirit and positive outlook on life are reflected in her personal motto: "Live for today." Tess's passion for life and her dedication to her family and career make her an inspiring and resilient individual.

Technical Manager

Luke, father of two daughters aged 5 and 8, finds himself immersed in the delightful whirlwind of a household full of girls. He is constantly engaged in day trips, family holidays, watching classic Disney films, and spirited adventures with Barbie dolls!

Luke's professional journey began as a trainee Architectural Technician and progressed through project management and design management, culminating in a degree in Architectural Technology.

In his role as Technical Manager, Luke plays a pivotal role in the development side of the business, placing a strong emphasis on the technical aspects throughout the project's lifecycle. From the initial design appraisal stage, through the complexities of securing planning permissions, and into the live construction phase, Luke's expertise ensures the successful realization of projects.

Outside the professional arena, Luke is deeply committed to giving back to the community, participating in charity cycle rides for Yorkshire Cancer Research, and playing 5-a-side football. An outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys walking his two small dogs.

Luke brings knowledge, dedication, and enthusiasm to our team, making him an invaluable asset to our company.

Architectural Technician

Tigere holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Technology from Sheffield Hallam University. He began his career in an architecture practice, where he gained valuable experience working on a variety of projects for multiple developers. Tigere's expertise in architectural design and project coordination quickly became apparent, and he soon progressed to a role as an Architectural Technician.

Currently, Tigere is an integral part of the team at Yorkshire Choice Homes, where he is responsible for producing construction drawings and coordinating with external consultants and other construction professionals. He possesses strong skills in technical architecture and graphic design, which he leverages to ensure the successful execution of projects.

When he's not working, Tigere enjoys exploring different cultures through foreign travel, practicing his swing at the driving range, and attending live events, including concerts and football games. His diverse interests and passion for both architecture and leisure activities make him a well-rounded and valuable member of the Yorkshire Choice Homes Team
